TERRAMART AGRI SOLUTIONS (T-MART) — TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply to your use of this online store and to orders placed through it. By using the store, you agree to these terms and the policies linked at checkout and in the store footer.

1. Store and customers
This store offers agricultural tools and equipment to customers in India. Dealer and FPO inquiries are welcome; any bulk or institutional order, quotation, price, delivery schedule, or other commercial terms will be confirmed separately before an order is accepted.

2. Product information
We aim to describe products, specifications, images, included components, and prices accurately. Product performance can vary with crop, pest, installation, weather, sunlight, battery condition, and other field conditions. Follow the product instructions and applicable safety guidance. Product-specific exclusions, such as accessories or lures not included, will be stated on the relevant product page or offer.

3. Prices and orders
Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, are shown during checkout. An order request is subject to product availability and confirmation by T-MART. If a material listing or pricing error is found before acceptance, we may contact you to confirm the correct details or cancel the affected order and arrange any required refund.

4. Payment
Cash on delivery (COD) is the payment method currently offered. Any other payment method will apply only if it is displayed as available at checkout. Do not send payment to an unofficial account or number.

5. Shipping, cancellation, and returns
We currently serve customers in India. Delivery estimates, shipping charges, cancellation eligibility, return conditions, and refund handling are set out in the Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

6. Store use and content
Use the store lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, submit false order information, or misuse its content. Store text, graphics, and branding belong to T-MART or their respective owners and may not be reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

7. Consumer rights and applicable law
Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by applicable laws of India.
